Hi friends! Marley here, reporting back after another exciting week in my doggone fabulous life! 🐕✨
The week started off strong when I got to hang out with my buddies Frank and Phoebe. We played an epic game of tug-of-war, and I drank all their water—because clearly, I have to stay hydrated like the world’s water supply is running low! Mom says I’m a bit dramatic about it, but hey, a dog’s gotta do what a dog’s gotta do. Of course, I also left a lovely trail of water drips everywhere. It’s my signature move. 💧
Mom played Trivia for Real Producers. I wasn’t there physically, but obviously, I was her secret weapon as the phone-a-friend with ALL the answers. You’re welcome, Mom! A big shoutout to Nebraska Title, and Thor, for sponsoring the table, and thanks to ReMax agents and Justin Davison at Gershman for inviting Mom to join their team. She said they had a blast!
Tuesday was pawsitively exciting—we listed a house! There were 12 showings and 7 amazing offers to review with the sellers. I couldn’t stop wagging my tail about it, mostly because the seller's dogs, Otis and Maple, are getting a yard where their human can just open the back door for playtime. No more circling the house! Score one for the puppers!
Midweek, Mom and a lender friend of hers (apparently the one who adopted my brother Charlie) threw a party for Omaha agents to meet Chad and Hadley Homes. I wasn’t there, but word on the street is that I’m about 10 pounds heavier than Charlie. I could totally sit on him if I wanted (mom taught me well), but I won’t—because I’m nice.
Friday was Valentine’s Day, and let’s be real—I’m Mom’s one and only Valentine. We celebrated by delivering chocolates to her current and past clients. I didn’t get any chocolates (boo!), but I did get lots of extra hugs and kisses, so that’s a win!
The weekend was cold, and I spent a lot of time staying warm inside. Mom had a photoshoot today and left me home (rude), but when she came back, we went on a very cold walk. She made me wear these ridiculous shoes. I put up with it because she bribed me with treats after putting each one on. Honestly, I think I’ve cracked the code—if I just humor her, the treats keep coming.
This week’s big highlight? We’re heading to North Platte for a ribbon-cutting ceremony! Mom says it’s a big deal, and if she’s excited, I’m excited. Stay tuned for more updates from the road.
Until next time, keep your paws on the ground and your tails wagging!
XOXO,
Marley 🐾💛
