Hey there! I’m Rachel, a Real Estate Broker, dog lover, traveler, mentor, and your go-to gal for buying or selling in the Lincoln, Omaha + surrounding areas!

 

I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2016, but my journey started even earlier with a decade in property management and a marketing degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Since then, I’ve closed nearly 200 transactions, earned my broker’s license, picked up a GRI designation, and opened a real estate brokerage, The 1867 Collective, in 2021. I love helping people find the right home, but I’m equally passionate about helping new agents find their footing and grow their businesses with confidence.

 

Real estate can feel overwhelming, but I believe it doesn’t have to be. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current one, or figuring out your next move, I’m here to make the process as smooth (and stress-free) as possible. Clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and just the right amount of fun are what I bring to the table.

 

Outside of real estate, I love traveling, whether it’s a weekend getaway or a new adventure across the country. When I’m home, you’ll usually find me with my golden retriever, Marley, and my chunky orange cat, soaking up the sunshine or chasing tennis balls. I also love giving back through organizations like Junior Achievement and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, where I’ve helped start our local network.
